Below are survey results as a part of a lead nurturing email campaign. The focus is to provide leads with a personalized skincare routine with the brand’s products. Objectives included:

  • Creating trust between leads and the brand in the email’s intro.

  • Guiding readers through the levels of awareness.

    • From the Problem Aware (“This survey says I have really dry skin…”)

    • To the Most Aware (“These links will take me to the skincare I need!”)

  • Formatting critical info in bold to help skimmers.

  • Seamlessly incorporating product links into the routine steps.
